Overview

The Senior Facilities Executive at JLL is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing day-to-day operations of facilities services, focusing on high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business/Facilities/Engineering Management or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and service contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
