Lead Operating Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Operating Engineer leads the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems at JLL's corporate headquarters in Seattle.

In Short

• Lead the operation and maintenance of building systems.
• Assist in supervising the engineering team.
• Complete various maintenance tasks including plumbing and HVAC.
• Maintain work order systems and respond to tenant service requests.
• Participate in safety and operational training programs.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations.
• Comply with all safety procedures.
• 3-5 years of related work experience required.
• Universal CFC EPA certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in repair and maintenance.
• Trade school education or military service is desirable.
• Leadership/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Comfortable with climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Strong customer service skills.
