As a General Manager in the Industrial Property Management team at JLL, you will lead a team to provide exceptional property management services, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction while managing financial aspects and developing your staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of Property Management experience, preferably in Industrial.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget preparation.
• Familiarity with building systems and lease negotiation.
• 3rd party management experience required.
• CA Real Estate License required within 6 months.
• Experience with property management accounting platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in technology tools related to real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
