In Short

• Prepare offering materials for assignments and pursuits.
• Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools.
• Assist with presentations and pitch materials for new business.
• Gather and evaluate economic and real estate market data.
• Review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports.
• Conduct desktop and field research for project requirements.
• Organize client contact and activity tracking.
• Analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data.
• Serve as a technology champion for brokerage software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Entry level to 3 years in commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative information.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
