Requirements

• Experience recruiting for tech, product, and design roles.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data to inform decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
