QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Real. This role will require expertise in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, as well as solid experience with manual test case creation, execution, and management.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright.
• End-to-end working on QA cycle, test case creation, and test case management.
• Review Pull Requests (PRs) for Playwright automation tests created by team members.
• Analyzing PRD and pointing out the gaps if any.
• Ability to work individually as well as in teams.
• Lead - Developing and guiding the testing procedures.
• Lead - Analyzing existing testing frameworks and tools.
• Designing and creating test scripts for various testing types.
• Raise outstanding issues through established project management channels.
• Experience working on Cypress / Playwright similar tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / Typescript.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins.
• Experience on Mobile Testing with both Android and iOS Devices.
• Proficient in Testing methodologies and Test case management tools.
• Ability to transform requirements into test cases.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies.
• Experience with Web services (API) testing.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
