In Short

• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
• Experience with real estate contracts within Ontario, knowledge of TRESA preferred.
• Utilize only companies provided tools, technology, and methods of communication.
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Review files in the Company's Transaction Management System timely.
• Review and approve FINTRAC identification records.
• Communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents.
• Support Broker team efforts to ensure compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be based and licensed in Canada, preferably Ontario and/or Alberta.
• Experience with real estate contracts.
• Knowledge of Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with provided tools and technology.
