In Short

• Support California-based clients with HR issues.
• Provide mentorship to HR Advisor I team members.
• Conduct gap analyses and prioritize projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external client contacts.
• Manage daily HR functions including employee relations and recruiting.
• Track billable hours and maintain compliance.
• Assist in HR audits and compliance initiatives.
• Write articles for the company blog.
• Implement customized HR tools for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR generalist or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of California labor law.
• Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with teams.
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients.
