Talent Sourcer - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand team, and hiring managers to pursue our talent strategy of hiring the best talent possible. The Talent Sourcer at Readdle is a hiring partner who specializes at a specific stage of the recruitment process and helps us drive our mission of bringing top talent to Readdle and shaping the future of our amazing team!

In Short

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the TA team to take the lead in sourcing for top-priority roles
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Conduct talent mapping to identify, track, and build pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify passive candidates
• Engage with potential candidates through various channels (e.g., email, LinkedIn, professional events) and assess their initial fit
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain and update candidate database (Greenhouse ATS) to ensure accurate and organized records
• Track and report sourcing metrics (response rate, conversion rate, etc.)
• Promote Readdle’s culture and values in sourcing efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting preferably in tech or product company
• Expertise in Boolean Search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques
• Research skills for talent mapping and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and data-driven, with strong attention to details
• A passion for continuous learning about new sourcing tools, trends, and best practices
• Experience with international markets will be a plus
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
