Overview

The Renewable Energy Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Reactivate’s solar project portfolio, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant performance across sites, while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, third-party service providers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or maintenance in renewable energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in PV maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems.
• Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
