Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (E-Commerce) - Remote

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles in creative, marketing, ops, and growth, both in France and internationally.
• Define needs with the CEO and Heads of Departments, then establish recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, pre-screen, and qualify talents via Workable and LinkedIn.
• Structure and manage a smooth, rapid, and demanding recruitment process.
• Coordinate recruitment steps via Notion, Slack, Loom & Calendly.
• Use tools like Asana and Notion to track applications and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Collaborate to structure and automate with Google Sheets, Workable, Make, and AI tools.
• Above all, be a guardian of our culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit rare and high-performing talents.
• Ideally: experience in e-commerce.

Benefits

• Salary: €48,000 to €58,000 per year.
• Variable pay of €5k-25k.
• Type: 100% remote (with occasional travel in France or abroad to meet talents).
