Acquisition & Growth Analyst (E-Commerce / DTC) - Remote

Overview

We are not looking for just a junior media buyer – we are looking for the right hand of one of the best Growth talents in Europe. Someone capable of managing and analyzing Meta Ads campaigns, manipulating data (exports, BP, P&L) accurately, while being the operational right hand of the Head of Growth. We seek an analytical, structured, and talented profile who has already demonstrated their ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver with rigor and impact.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital acquisition (Meta Ads).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in French and professional English.
• Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals (CAC, AOV, LTV, CR, MER).
