Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Prior experience as a senior IC in backend or data systems.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques.
• Experience designing data-driven products.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Solid foundation in databases and system design.
• Proficiency in Python and data/ML ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and mentor teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity background is a plus.
