Overview

Chainlink Labs is the primary contributing developer of Chainlink, the decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. Chainlink is the industry-standard platform for providing access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain.

• Lead a team of seasoned engineers in developing a versatile modular platform for Chainlink.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Proven experience in managing the complete engineering and delivery lifecycle of a product.
• Experience with complexities of developing large, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business partners.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and ability to inspire others.
• Capability to work effectively in a globally-distributed team.
• Experience in coordinating technical stakeholders and making informed product decisions.
• Experience in the blockchain/DeFi/Web3 space.
