The Engineering Manager (EM) for the Ad Formats Foundations team will lead and manage a team of highly technical engineers across iOS, Android, Web, and Backend domains, focusing on continuously improving the ad formats' common infrastructure to enhance developer efficiency and system reliability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.

• Leadership experience across multiple teams.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and designers.
