  • Track performance KPIs and provide continuous feedback to technical and financial operations teams.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in high-demand customer support.
  • Empathetic, assertive, analytical, agile, and adaptable profile.
  • Enjoys daily public contact and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service processes and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in customer service in a SaaS operation.
