Customer Support Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Finance Analyst to join the Hopper Customer Service Vendor Management Operations team. In this role you will program manage and consult for all processes involving partner invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

In Short

• Program manage partner invoicing processes in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Review and approve monthly invoices from global Customer Support Vendors.
• Extract data from various formats and generate comprehensive reports.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and identify discrepancies.
• Develop and implement allocation strategies in collaboration with finance.
• Serve as an external financial representative for Hopper and HTS.
• Develop external financial models for BPO support.
• Collaborate closely with finance, workforce management, and senior leadership.
• Work remotely with a minimum of four hours overlap with EST business hours.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with various data formats.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficient in financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
