Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Finance Analyst to join the Hopper Customer Service Vendor Management Operations team. In this role, you will program manage and consult for all processes involving partner invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

In Short

  • Program manage partner invoicing processes.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Extract data from various formats for reporting.
  • Develop defensible allocation strategies for billing.
  • Act as a financial consultant for customer support.
  • Maintain large-scale data structures for analytics.
  • Utilize automation for reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams.
  • Provide insights and reports to stakeholders.
  • Work remotely with required overlap with EST hours.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial data analysis.
  • Experience in billing and invoicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data modeling and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Tableau.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in BPO financial modeling is a plus.
  • A degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills are an asset.
