Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to deepen our understanding of how models and product experiences impact user outcomes. You’ll work closely with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and Analytics teammates on the recommendations and search systems that power personalized experiences.

In Short

• Run causal and impact analysis for experiments and product changes.
• Design and maintain measurement frameworks for key systems.
• Partner with ML Engineers to evaluate model performance.
• Work closely with Analytics for high-quality experimentation.
• Dig into user behavior and engagement patterns.
• Contribute to analytical data workflows.
• Communicate clearly with product and engineering partners.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Deep understanding of causal inference and experimentation.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience with model tuning and evaluation.
• Proficiency with modern data tooling.
• Familiarity with off-policy evaluation methods.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
