Overview

The Implementation Manager I-III at MedImpact is responsible for managing the transition of new business into the company, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in customer support or account management in healthcare or PBM.
• Experience in implementation processes preferred.
• Knowledge of state and government regulations related to PBM operations.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.
• Project Management Certification desired.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Pharmacy Technician license or national certification desired.
• Experience with multiple business software applications.
