Senior Analyst, Finance & Strategic Planning - Remote

Overview

Raptive is seeking a Sr. Analyst for our Finance & Strategic Planning team! Reporting to the Vice-President, Finance & Strategic Planning, the Sr. Analyst will play an important role in shaping the Company’s long-term business strategy and execution during an exciting period of growth.

In Short

• Support core FP&A responsibilities, assisting the analysis, review, and explanation of monthly/quarterly/annual operating financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain financial models and other financial tools to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly revenue reports and other KPI dashboards.
• Conduct analysis of operational KPIs to help identify business opportunities and potential risks.
• Work closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to monitor and report on team performance.
• Follow market trends and other industry developments to support broader organizational strategy discussions.
• Support the annual budgeting process, and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Support internal team optimization efforts to reshape financial reporting and modeling processes.
• Liaise with Data Analytics/Business Intelligence teams to ensure actionable reporting.

Requirements

• Extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in construction and maintenance of detailed 3-statement operating models.
• Demonstrated sound business judgment.
• Experience working with large data sets from disparate sources.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets user.
• Experience with Sigma, Redash, Salesforce and/or Snowflake a plus.
• Experience leveraging LLMs and ML tools to enhance data analysis a plus.
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic record.
• AdTech or digital media experience preferred.
