Requirements

• Deep SEO expertise, particularly in the context of content creators.
• Proven experience working directly with digital creators.
• Experience leading and scaling content or SEO-focused teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in scaling SEO workflows and processes.
• Effective communicator capable of translating complex SEO concepts.
• Strong ability to analyze SEO data and drive decision-making.
• Comfortable navigating high-ambiguity situations.
• 2+ years of experience leading and growing teams, including remote teams.
• 10+ years of SEO experience in the digital publishing industry.
