Design Lead - Spend Management - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a design leader to drive the evolution of Ramp's core product suite, focusing on Spend Management. You’ll work with and guide the personal and professional growth of a small team of product designers.

In Short

• Lead a team of 4-8 Product Designers across multiple pods.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to drive strategy.
• Mentor and leverage your team to increase design output.
• Collaborate with the design leadership team to evolve Ramp's product vision.
• Apply and refine Ramp's design leveling framework.
• Contribute to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Enhance Ramp's design internship and apprenticeship programs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of design experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of design leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading designers to deliver cohesive products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with end-to-end product design.
• Mastery of product design software.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and workflows.
