Overview

Raisely helps nonprofits across the world bring their fundraising ideas to life. We’re a purpose-driven remote team, spread across 7 countries and 17 cities.

In Short

  • Responsible for customer support via email channels.
  • Assist charities in setting up fundraising campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot issues and tweak page designs using CSS.
  • Write clear documentation for customer use.
  • Bring customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on new features.
  • Participate in webinars and create best-practice guides.
  • Work full-time, 5 days a week, 38 hours.
  • Remote role with a preference for candidates in Eastern Australia.
  • Engage in team bonding activities and company-wide events.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Familiarity with fundraising concepts.
  • Proficiency in CSS is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback.
  • Experience in creating documentation.
  • Passion for supporting nonprofits.
  • Ability to work in a similar timezone to Western Australia.
