The Youth Connections Manager is responsible for managing a team of Youth Connections Advocates to ensure the delivery of program services that connect youth waiting for permanent homes with families wishing to adopt, adhering to evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in adoption or child welfare.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Dependable car and insurable driver required.
