Youth Connections Advocate - Northern Nevada - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on finding permanent homes for youth in the foster care system, advocating for their needs, and building supportive connections.

• Work remotely while traveling within Northern Nevada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in child welfare.
• General computer literacy and data management skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in cold calling.
• Experience with adoption or child welfare is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is advantageous.
