Overview

As a Solutions Consultant for AI Engagement, you will partner with clients to ensure the successful delivery and scaling of RadiantGraph’s services and platform, focusing on healthcare consumer engagement.

In Short

• Manage projects from kickoff through launch and growth/stabilization.
• Map member journeys and multi-channel communication plans.
• Ensure solutions deliver on client’s engagement goals.
• Conduct data analysis of performance outcomes.
• Educate clients on AI/ML best practices.
• Identify new opportunities for client growth and efficiency.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across disciplines.
• Translate between disconnected teams to influence outcomes.
• Track and report KPIs and accomplishments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles at the Enterprise level.
• Extensive experience in healthcare, preferably with health plans.
• Experience in marketing and member/patient engagement.
• Experience working with data/analytics to assess campaign outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
