The Gen AI Engineering Lead at Rad AI will lead a team focused on deploying AI solutions in healthcare, addressing challenges related to compliance, data privacy, and model robustness, while improving patient care.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years in ML infrastructure.

• Experience with production ML systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Passion for applying AI to healthcare problems.
