Solution Architect (M365 Presales Solution Architect) - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Architect (SA), you will provide technical designing advice to customers in new sales opportunities, working closely with sales and support teams to design solutions that meet client challenges.

In Short

• Provide technical design advice for new sales opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Service Delivery Manager, and Support teams.
• Identify and address customer technical requirements.

• Deliver complex migration programs addressing technology and processes.
• Build and maintain a network of technical resources.
• Continuously improve Rackspace Professional Services methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical support or pre/post sales engineering.
• Deep knowledge across multiple technologies (Cloud, Security, DevOps).
• Experience in various IT environments and technology stacks.
• One top-tier technical certification in a desired technology domain.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with M365 productivity solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and earn relevant certifications.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.
