Overview

The Practice Manager is responsible for leading a team in the Data Science, AI, and ML practice, ensuring successful project outcomes and overall practice success.

• Lead a team of Data Science Architects, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering resources.
• Drive projects that deliver successful outcomes for data science and AI/ML initiatives.

• Drive internal initiatives to improve practice operations and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in customer-facing software/technology or consulting.
• 7+ years of experience architecting and building data science and AI solutions.
• 6+ years of experience with AWS or other public cloud data science solutions.
• In-depth understanding of AWS Data Analytics and AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computers and/or Data Science.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Certified ML Specialist.
