Overview

The Manager, HR Technology is responsible for the strategy, development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and integration of all human resource information systems within the corporate HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Workday.
• Experience managing employees.
• Experience in HRIS analysis and data analytics.
• Knowledge of core HR, compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Strong domain expertise in Workday.
• Masters' Degree preferred.
• Experience with Cloud HCM solutions.
