Overview

As an L1 AWS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for AWS-based solutions, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to AWS services.

  • Provide first-level technical support for AWS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AWS-related issues.
  • Log incident tickets and escalate complex issues.
  • Monitor AWS environments for performance issues.

  • Deploy and configure AWS resources.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations.
  • Optimize AWS resource usage.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with command-line interfaces and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred).
