Overview

As an L4 AWS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for complex AWS-based solutions, leading critical incident response, architecting solutions, and driving strategic initiatives related to AWS.

In Short

  • Develop strategies for cloud adoption and migration.
  • Design and oversee large-scale enterprise architectures.
  • Manage scalable and highly available EKS clusters.
  • Automate provisioning of AWS resources using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AWS technologies.
  • Establish cloud governance policies and lead audits.
  • Act as the final escalation point for critical incidents.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead training programs.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and product teams for service delivery.
  • Represent the Managed Services team in client discussions.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of AWS core services and advanced features.
  • Strong expertise in AWS automation and scripting.
  • Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional preferred.
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach.
