Overview

Rackspace Technology is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join their team and develop modern, cloud-based software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable software features.
• Work on backend development with Java and Spring Boot; frontend with Angular.
• Manage complex SQL schemas and queries, preferably with DB2.
• Build secure, containerized services using microservices architecture.
• Integrate Microservices with AWS services.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies.
• Support fast-paced delivery without compromising system integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Experience with AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Proficient in SQL and database schema design.
• Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency with Terraform.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and guide a development team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Must be permanently based in Germany.
