Overview

The Cloud Administrator II is responsible for administering cloud computing platforms and providing technical support to customers, ensuring a great customer experience while adhering to company policies.

In Short

• Resolve technical issues for customers via phone and tickets.
• Administer and improve customer technical issues related to cloud services.
• Troubleshoot monitoring alerts and create tickets.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to customer and SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build strong customer relationships.
• Provide Fanatical Experience to customers.
• Develop OS troubleshooting knowledge for Linux and Windows.
• Gain expertise in various cloud computing platforms.
• Participate in incident management and escalation processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Cloud or System Operations Administration experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Cloud computing certification preferred (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack).
