Implementation Consultant - Fiix - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will help clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS through remote consultation sessions, training, and support until successful software launch.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for clients during implementation.
• Enable clients to maximize the use of Fiix technology.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and configure CMMS.
• Manage client expectations and project scope.
• Develop and deliver client training programs.
• Assist with data collection and configuration.
• Design client-specific reports and dashboards.
• Support system integrations with ERP systems.
• Record project progress and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel 40% of the time.
• 5+ years in software implementation roles preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS or CMMS software.
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability industry is preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license.
