Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
• 15 years of experience in Engineering Design, with 10 years in Embedded SW/HW development.
• 8 years of managerial experience in hardware product development.
• Experience managing multiple disciplines and projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in solving complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to develop team competencies and drive productivity.
• Experience in Industrial Automation preferred.
