Cash Posting Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

The Cash Posting Operations Lead will partner with client representatives and the R1 team to improve financial and operational metrics in healthcare settings.

• Lead specialty-based metric calls to align Cash Posting metrics.
• Develop presentations and utilize data for analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflow standardization.
• Conduct client-facing meetings and calls.
• Investigate and analyze accounts to identify process barriers.
• Develop and implement training materials for Cash Posting Operations.
• Support team members in achieving their goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in audits and controls for compliance.
• Drive team motivation toward organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Prior supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work with global operations.
• Basic MS-Word & MS-Excel experience preferred.
• Experience in claims processing is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Organizational skills to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other standards.
