Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience in management or customer success.
• Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management.
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience in organizational change efforts.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
