Overview

As the Director, HR (EMEA) at Learneo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our HR operations across the region, driving process excellence and ensuring compliance with complex labor laws.

In Short

• Lead HR operations within the region.
• Oversee key HR processes including onboarding and payroll.
• Provide strategic direction to local HR teams.
• Manage and mentor a small team of HR professionals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Drive HR process improvements and manage HR projects.
• Collaborate with global and local teams.
• Serve as Managing Director for the German entity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws.
• Experience in driving HR process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively across global HR teams.
• Prior experience with German and Dutch companies preferred.
• Language requirements: English, German.
