Senior Finance Manager - Indirect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Finance – Indirect to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our Indirect business unit. This role is critical in driving performance through insightful financial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

In Short

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Indirect business unit.
• Partner with the Culligan Quench HQ accounting team for monthly closes and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial goals and manage risks.
• Conduct financial analysis for initiatives related to growth and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize spending and drive cost savings.
• Develop advanced financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics for trends and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects like cost-benefit analyses and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related functions.
• Experience in equipment revenue-based business models or supply chain finance is a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.
