• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Business partner across account and client functional areas.
• Support business decision-making for the leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Manage audit processes and maintain finance controls.
• Oversee ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex deliverables and tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with JD Edwards or Tableau preferred.
• Accounting or finance experience, ideally in property industry.
• Supervisory experience highly regarded.
