Mission Success Program Manager (TS/SCI) - Remote

Overview

As Mission Success Program Manager, you will be the primary bridge between our customers and our product teams. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how Department of War customers and program offices operate, how they are structured, and what their mission needs are. Experience working directly with these organizations—understanding their decision cycles, operational challenges, and integration requirements—is paramount.

You will oversee mission success programs end-to-end, while also serving as the conduit between customers and engineering. This includes collecting and translating feedback on the SmartMast portal and APIs—covering data visualization, workflows, feature requests, bugs, optimizations, and integrations—into clear, actionable product requirements. Familiarity with modern common operational picture (COP) and mission system platforms is highly valued, as this role requires translating Quartermaster’s data streams into environments our customers already use and trust.

In Short

• Serve as the trusted voice of the customer, ensuring product evolution aligns with operational needs and workflows.
• Develop and run onboarding, training, adoption, and renewal programs for defense and government customers.
• Capture, prioritize, and communicate feedback on portal and API functionalities.
• Apply deep knowledge of DoW program offices and their mission requirements.
• Partner with Field Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to standardize processes.
• Track and report on mission success indicators for stakeholders.
• Lead adoption of new tools and processes internally.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in program management, mission/customer success, or related role.
• Experience working directly with DoW program offices and end-users.
• Familiarity with mission platforms and COP-style systems.
• Maritime experience is highly desirable; background in Navy or Coast Guard is a plus.
• Technically literate with APIs and data visualization workflows.
• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience in CS/CRM platforms.
