• Identify and analyze user issues, offering clear and supportive solutions.
• Answer frequently asked questions about the product.
• Handle payment-related questions and resolve financial issues.
• Provide customer support via tickets.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Work schedule aligns with local daytime or evening hours that match 10 PM – 6 AM Kyiv time.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional resilience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating valuable ideas.

Requirements

• High level of responsibility, initiative, empathy, and customer orientation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Personal computer and stable 24/7 internet access.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
• Passion for psychology, relationships, and mental health is a plus.
