• Manage the creative process: coordinate designers, set tasks, control deadlines and quality.
• In-depth study of the target audience: analyze user needs and pains, closely collaborate with UX Researchers and analysts.
• Research competitive landscape: analyze creatives in related niches, identify trends and generate new ideas.
• Work with analytics: evaluate the effectiveness of creatives, adjust approaches based on metrics, form frameworks for the most successful solutions.
• Initiative and process improvement: seek new formats and concepts, create a creative team from scratch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in performance marketing.
• Experience working with English-speaking Tier 1 markets.
• Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veed, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions.
• Structured approach and ability to build processes.
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses effectively.
• Fluent English.
