Overview

The Group Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Finance Reporting Manager is a key leadership role within the Group Finance team, responsible for ensuring strong governance practices, statutory compliance across jurisdictions (with a focus on India, UK, and US), and the accuracy and timeliness of group-level financial reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with G-suite and accounting software.
• Self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with finance operations knowledge.
• Competent in English (written and spoken).
• Exposure to BPO or Enterprise IT services is a plus.
• Foreign language skills are a bonus.
