Overview

The Manager, Governance Risk and Compliance is responsible for developing and maintaining the security program at AdaptHealth, ensuring effective implementation of information security governance, risk management, and compliance processes.

• Develop and implement the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) security program.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective GRC operations.
• Manage the lifecycle of Enterprise Security Policies & Standards.
• Oversee Information Security Risk Management Program.
• Evaluate third-party vendor security practices.
• Provide IT security and compliance training.
• Conduct IT audits and manage incident response efforts.
• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Report to senior management on GRC matters.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in security policy and risk management.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments.
• Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP are desirable.
