Senior Business Systems Analyst - Atlassian JIRA and BOX.com Administrator - Remote

Overview

This contract position will be serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Atlassian JIRA and BOX.com Administrator. The candidate will be instrumental in the implementation and future maintenance of small COTS/SaaS applications.

In Short

• Serve as IT product configuration administrator for Atlassian JIRA and BOX.com.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Write requirements for enhancements to supported products.
• Create and maintain business and system documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for IT Production Support Team.
• Coordinate Release & Change Management efforts.
• Mentor and train backup resources.
• Work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Facilitate meetings and requirements gathering sessions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sr. BSA or Applications Analyst.
• Expertise in Atlassian JIRA administration.
• Ability to learn new products quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments.
• Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
