Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is a highly skilled, hands-on technical leader who will lead complex software and integration projects for leading utility customers across the United States and Canada, blending traditional PM discipline with utility-specific regulatory, operational, and vendor complexity.

In Short

• Lead execution of electrical utility technology projects.
• Act as a client interface from initial assessment to project completion.
• Ensure project success through detailed planning and compliance.
• Own project plan, schedule, budget, and milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• PMP Certification.
• Understanding of electric utility operations.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage project budgets accurately.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Experience working directly with electric utilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with utility stakeholders.
