Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Datmos is hiring its next Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic eCommerce initiatives while working closely with high-profile clients across North America.

In Short

• Manage client requests, budgets, and timelines for all projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide actionable adjustment plans.
• Collaborate with Account and Delivery Directors to ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare client account health reports and share insights.
• Ensure deliverables align with client goals and quality standards.
• Track key performance indicators in collaboration with internal partners.
• Support the team in implementing best practices.
• Provide positive leadership and promote team well-being.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation and/or eCommerce projects.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) and related systems.
• Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Scrum.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French & English is required.
